At VJS, our Film-faced Plywood is a high-performance, non-structural panel designed for tough, hardworking environments. While not stress-rated like traditional structural formply, it’s a durable and cost-effective choice for general-purpose use in the concrete formwork, equine stables, benchtops, site hoardings, curved formwork, and heavy-duty furniture.

Constructed with a mix of hardwood and pine core veneers, each sheet is bonded with A-Bond marine-grade glue for reliable moisture resistance and strength. The surface is sealed with a resin-infused paper overlay, offering excellent resistance to water, wear, and alkali – ideal for challenging conditions.

Our range includes Black, White, Hexa (anti-slip textured), and Wiremesh finishes, giving you functional and aesthetic options to suit your project needs. Our film-faced Plywood range comes with film on both sides.

Available in multiple thicknesses, this film-faced plywood provides dependable performance where structural certification isn’t required – all backed by the quality assurance of VJS.
